ABOUT US

QLASS is a specialised healthcare service dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families.

QLASS neurodiversity support session

We offer compassionate, evidence-based care with a focus on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) assessments and diagnosis, therapy, family and couples counselling, and collaborative support for organizations working with neurodivergent communities.

We believe neurodivergence is not a deficit, but a different way of experiencing the world — one that deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated. At QLASS, we are committed to helping individuals and families navigate their unique journeys with dignity, clarity, and expert care.

Our Approach

Our team is composed of experienced clinicians who specialise in neurodevelopmental conditions and mental health. We take a holistic, person-centred approach that considers everyone’s unique context — emotionally, socially, and neurologically.

We work closely with clients, families, and communities to foster understanding, empower self-advocacy, and build practical strategies that support everyday wellbeing.

We work from a neuro-affirming, person-centred, and trauma-informed perspective.

At QLASS, every assessment, therapy session, and consultation is grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals to be understood and supported. Our clinicians combine clinical expertise with lived empathy, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide inclusive, expert-led mental health care tailored to the unique needs of neurodiverse individuals and their families.

We are committed to delivering high-quality assessments, therapy, and support that empower our clients to thrive — while promoting understanding, reducing stigma, and championing neurodiversity in every space we work.

Our Story

QLASS was founded to address a gap in mental health services for neurodiverse individuals — especially in accessing accurate diagnosis, quality therapy, and respectful support.

We saw a need for services that do not view or characterise individuals as psychiatrically or psychologically abnormal , but instead help people understand themselves and thrive on their own terms.

The Team

We are a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, therapists, counsellors, and mental health professionals — united by a shared passion for neurodiversity and mental health advocacy.
