QLASS is a specialised healthcare service dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. We believe neurodivergence is not a deficit, but a different way of experiencing the world — one that deserves to be understood, supported, and celebrated. We provide a safe, inclusive space tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking a diagnostic assessment, ongoing therapeutic support, or tools to strengthen family or workplace relationships.
We provide a range of services designed to support neurodivergent individuals throughout life: ADHD Assessments & Diagnosis (comprehensive, evidence-based evaluations for adults and young people aged 18+); Individual Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults (age 18+); Family Support & Intervention; Couples Counselling with a neurodivergent-affirming lens; and Consultation & Collaboration with schools, workplaces, and organisations.
QLASS works with adults navigating neurodivergent experiences, families and loved ones seeking guidance and intervention, couples navigating neurodiversity in relationships, schools and workplaces aiming to better support neurodivergent individuals, and health and community organisations looking to build more inclusive practices.
We work from a neuro-affirming, person-centred, and trauma-informed perspective. Our team takes a holistic approach that considers everyone’s unique context — emotionally, socially, and neurologically. At QLASS, every assessment, therapy session, and consultation is grounded in the belief that people are not problems to be fixed, but individuals to be understood and supported. Our clinicians combine clinical expertise with lived empathy, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued.
Our work is guided by five core values: Inclusivity — we create safe, affirming spaces for people of all backgrounds and identities; Empathy — we meet every individual and family with understanding, patience, and care; Expertise — we offer high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions; Collaboration — we work alongside families, schools, workplaces, and communities; and Empowerment — we help our clients build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence.
